You may request a refund or replacement if your item meets the conditions below.

 


✔ Refunds/Reship Eligible Cases


1. Damaged Product Received


If your item arrives broken or visibly damaged, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

(Photo/video proof required.)


2. Wrong Item Received


If you receive a different item, color, or variant than what you ordered.

(Photo proof required.)


3. Missing Items


If your package arrives incomplete.

(Proof required.)


4. Defective / Not Working Product


If your gadget does not function properly.

(Short video proof required.)


5. Package Not Delivered


You are eligible for a refund if the package is not delivered within the maximum delivery time:


USA: 30 days


UK/EU: 30–45 days


Rest of World: 60 days



Or if tracking has not updated for an unusually long period.


6. Courier Delivered to Wrong Address


If the courier delivers to an incorrect location.

 


❌ Refunds Not Eligible if :


We cannot provide refunds in the following cases:


●Customer entered the wrong address


●Customer changed their mind


●Product delay due to customs, weather, or holidays


●Customer says “I don’t like it”


●Product has been used


●Delivery delay within normal shipping timeframe
